Our Construction Projects

The Village, Ocean Springs, MS

The Village is comprised of two modern designed retail buildings. Each of the buildings stand separated by a drive creating additional site access. The bold architecture incorporates a perfect blend of roof line angles on each building, meant to grab the attention of any viewer. These are a direct reflection of the design teams desire to impress and create something unique. There is no lack of natural light available through the restaurant unit which includes four double door operating storefronts. Other elevations of the buildings are comprised of glass, metal panels, and stucco for a perfectly blended façade. Interior structural elements in each unit are available for exposure to customers for an enhanced experience. The site incorporates a total of three retention ponds strategically located to meet runoff requirements and not limit the parking layout or availability.A combination of stand out elements in this build will provide the owner with an occupancy advantage for many years to come.
