Pamela is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She graduated from d’Iberville High School and attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College were she obtained her associate’s degree in Business Management and Microcomputers. She has over 20 years in the construction industry. She started her construction career in purchasing for commercial construction. From purchasing to contracts administrator and overseeing daily accounting.

Ron Horne, Project Manager - Fairhope

Ron is a native of Fairhope Alabama and graduated from Bayside Academy. Ron attended the University of Southern Mississippi and upon graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology he relocated to the Mississippi gulf coast. Ron has a diverse background in the construction industry ranging from large scale residential revitalization projects, Commercial projects, and Industrial bulk handling facilities. Ron is CQM Certified, OSHA Certified, CPR First Aid Certified, trained in CM-Lean, and a LEED Green Associate. Ron’s dynamic approach to project management is aimed at achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering your project safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Michael Mount, Project Manager - Ocean Springs

Michael is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He graduated from Long Beach High School in 2000 and attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College  where he received his associates degree then later received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi. Michael has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He started out his construction career in the residential market working for a homebuilder and eventually crossed over into commercial construction doing heavy civil and infrastructure work. His experience on the commercial side ranges from civil, electrical, and general construction. He has performed new construction and renovations for many projects along the Gulf Coast. Michael is also a licensed homebuilder in the state of Alabama.

Jarrid Cecil, CSI, CCCA - Ocean Springs

Native to the Biloxi Point area, Jarrid’s background is rooted in the Architecture and Design realm of the Construction industry.  Upon receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at the University of Southern Mississippi, he went on to manage projects at one of  the largest Architecture firms in the State; including the Mississippi Aquarium in Gulfport.  With over 18 years of experience in design, construction management to producing Specifications; Jarrid’s well rounded approach to project management is unique in his understanding of all aspects of completing highly technical projects as intended and budgeted.  Jarrid is also CCCA certified through the Construction Specifications Institute.

Chris Roberts, Project Manager - Ocean Springs

With over 20 years of project management experience in the construction industry, primarily large commercial projects in the public & private sector throughout the Southeast US.  During my off-time I enjoy exercise, time with my dog, and spending time with my friends and family.

Gary Hopkins, Quality Control - Ocean Springs

Gary and his wife discovered Ocean Springs while looking for their fun place to retire and moved here from Atlanta.  Gary retired from full time employment as a Senior Travel Superintendent in July of 2022. He spent his past 5 years of his career working for Exxel Pacific located in Bellingham, Washington.  While at Exxel Pacific, he worked in Carson City Nevada, constructing a 98,000 sq. ft. Rehab, Skilled Nursing and Assisted / Memory Care Facility; worked in Walla Walla, Washington constructing a 5 Story Wood 138-unit Apartment Project and a 98 Unit Garden Style Apartment Project. 

Gary has over 55 years of experience in Building Materials and Commercial Construction.  Though retiring as a Travel Superintendent, Gary wanted to continue to stay engaged in the Construction Industry on a local level and decided to extend his career with C. Roberds. Gary grew up in the Pacific Northwest and begin working at a young age in his family-owned lumber business. Upon graduating from Washington State University, he begin his career working 5 years in Retail Lumber, then spent 6 years Designing, Manufacturing and Installing Commercial Casework, focusing on the Healthcare Market.
