Ron is a native of Fairhope Alabama and graduated from Bayside Academy. Ron attended the University of Southern Mississippi and upon graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology he relocated to the Mississippi gulf coast. Ron has a diverse background in the construction industry ranging from large scale residential revitalization projects, Commercial projects, and Industrial bulk handling facilities. Ron is CQM Certified, OSHA Certified, CPR First Aid Certified, trained in CM-Lean, and a LEED Green Associate. Ron’s dynamic approach to project management is aimed at achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering your project safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Michael is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He graduated from Long Beach High School in 2000 and attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College  where he received his associates degree then later received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi. Michael has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He started out his construction career in the residential market working for a homebuilder and eventually crossed over into commercial construction doing heavy civil and infrastructure work. His experience on the commercial side ranges from civil, electrical, and general construction. He has performed new construction and renovations for many projects along the Gulf Coast. Michael is also a licensed homebuilder in the state of Alabama.

Jered is a Gulfport, MS native having lived on the Gulf Coast for 30+ years.  A graduate of Gulfport High School and later the Construction Management program at Louisiana State University.  Jered has both residential and commercial construction experience having successfully completed several notable local projects over the last decade.  His background includes numerous sophisticated Hospitality/Gaming, Educational Facilities, Student Housing, and Government projects.   He has shaped his career having been involved in early collaboration Design Build and preconstruction estimating on projects, communicated and planned with some of the most respected construction veterans and trained to effectively plan and manage all elements to successfully provide a quality, safe and cost-effective project.
